Where do you ship to?

We ship our products worldwide, with only a few exceptions to certain remote islands.

You can see all available shipping destinations when you reach the checkout page.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary slightly depending on your country.

In most cases, the cost is around €5 EUR.

All orders over €100 include free international shipping.

I didn't receive an order confirmation?

If you did not receive an order confirmation after ordering, please check your spam folder.

If you still can not find it, please contact us at savoneclo@gmail.com with the mail you used to order and we will resend your order confirmation.

Are taxes and import duties included?

Yes — we’ve got that covered!

All taxes and duties are included in the final price, so there won’t be any extra charges upon delivery.

My tracking says the order was cancelled — why?

Don’t worry! This message sometimes appears in error when tracking starts.

Simply copy the tracking number from your confirmation email and paste it directly into the courier’s official tracking page — that should show the correct status.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking link and number.

Please note that it can take a couple of days before tracking updates appear — they’ll show automatically as soon as the courier provides them.
